Police Blotter

 Police have reported receiving several calls from concerned citizens about a young man seen in the downtown area wearing pantyhose. He was apparently wearing them with cuffed denim shorts, a woman's t-shirt and women's open toe sandals. There have been reports that he also wears make-up and earrings. Police officials have stated that so long as his genitalia is covered there is no law preventing him from wearing the clothing he prefers. Callers have been referred to a counseling call center to help them learn to be more tolerant and open minded. Police have contacted the young man regarding the hose with open toed sandals and referred him to a fashion consultant.
